Shipping & Returns
Every order on Off The Grid is shipped directly by the designer. Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs vary by studio and are set by each designer.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is on its way.
International shipping is available from most studios. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listed price.
If your order has not shipped within 7 days of purchase and you have not received communication from the designer, contact us at support@offthegrid.com.
Returns are handled directly between the buyer and the designer. Each studio sets their own return policy, which is listed on their profile page.
If a designer does not specify a return policy, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Damaged or misrepresented items are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will facilitate a resolution.
If you are unable to resolve an issue directly with a designer, contact us. We will review the situation and mediate where possible.
Off The Grid reserves the right to issue refunds in cases of non-delivery, significant misrepresentation, or designer non-response.
